Privacy Policy — AvsarPic
Effective date: 6 September 2026 · Last updated: 6 September 2026
AvsarPic is currently operated by Mohit Ramani ("AvsarPic", "we", "us", or "our"). AvsarPic provides photography studios with tools to upload, organize, process, share, and deliver event photos.
1. Who this policy is for
This policy applies to visitors to the AvsarPic website, studio account holders and members, event clients and guests, and people whose information is processed through an AvsarPic event.
In an event, the photography studio normally decides which event and photo information is uploaded and who may view it. AvsarPic processes that information to provide the service. The studio must give event participants any additional notice required for its own collection and sharing of event information.
2. Information we process
Account and contact information
- first name and last name;
- email address and/or phone number;
- account, studio-membership, and authentication information;
- messages and information you provide when contacting us.
Studio and event information
- studio name, username, branding, and event details;
- event access settings and sharing links or codes;
- team membership and permission information;
- favorites, album selections, downloads, and other event actions.
Photos and search information
- original photos uploaded by a studio and generated display versions;
- photo metadata needed to organize and deliver the photos;
- search images or selfies submitted for face search when enabled;
- face-search results and information needed to show those results.
Face-search information is used to provide the enabled search workflow and to secure, evaluate, improve, and develop AvsarPic’s photo-processing and face-search features. The exact model-improvement dataset, retention, and notice requirements must be confirmed before face search is enabled publicly.
Device, security, and usage information
We may process IP address, user-agent, browser and device details, timestamps, request and authentication events, approximate location inferred from IP where available, and security signals used to protect the service and investigate abuse.
3. Why we use information
- create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
- create studios, manage memberships, and enforce event permissions;
- store, process, organize, display, and deliver event photos;
- provide favorites, album selections, downloads, and enabled face search;
- send verification codes, service messages, and support responses;
- operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve AvsarPic;
- detect abuse, fraud, attacks, unauthorized access, and policy violations;
- comply with applicable law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use private event photos for public marketing unless the required permission has been obtained.
4. Product improvement and model development
AvsarPic may use uploaded event photos, generated display versions, search images, derived representations, match results, and user feedback to test, evaluate, secure, improve, and develop the service, including models that support photo processing and face search. This use is limited to AvsarPic service purposes and does not give us ownership of the underlying content.
We do not use private event media for unrelated advertising, publish it as a portfolio item, or use face-search information to make decisions about people outside the event-photo workflow.
5. How event access works
Studios choose the access mode for their events. An event may be public, private, guest-accessible, or limited to authenticated users, depending on the studio’s settings. A studio may choose whether permitted users see all event photos or only photos made available through the approved access workflow.
6. When we share information
- with the studio that created or manages the relevant event;
- with service providers that host, store, process, deliver, secure, or support AvsarPic;
- with email, WhatsApp, Google, and other providers when you choose or trigger an integration;
- with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for law, security, or legal claims.
We do not sell event photos or use private event photos for advertising.
7. Storage, retention, and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and event access, protect AvsarPic, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Active event photos follow the studio’s account and event lifecycle and the product’s deletion controls. Deleted items may remain in Trash for up to 30 days for recovery before permanent deletion. Security records, legal holds, and backup copies may remain for a limited period.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. We will verify the requester’s authority where necessary and delete information unless continued retention is required or permitted by law or needed for a stated security, dispute, or legal purpose.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about personal data we process, correct inaccurate information, erase information where retention is not required, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or address a concern about our processing.
Contact hello@avsarpic.com. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email. If your request concerns photos or access controlled by a studio, we may direct you to that studio or coordinate with it. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or event, and we may verify your authority before acting on the request.
9. Security, children, cookies, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and service risks, including access controls, authentication protections, logging, backups, and safeguards for photo delivery. No online service can promise absolute security.
AvsarPic accounts are not directed to children. Necessary cookies or similar storage may support security, authentication, preferences, and basic site operation. We will update this policy when the service, providers, data practices, or legal requirements change.
10. Contact and grievance route
For privacy questions, rights requests, or grievances, contact hello@avsarpic.com or WhatsApp +91 88662 8602.
