Terms and Conditions — AvsarPic

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AvsarPic by studios, studio members, event clients, guests, and other users. AvsarPic is currently operated by Mohit Ramani ("AvsarPic", "we", "us", or "our").

By using AvsarPic, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AvsarPic for a studio or event, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that studio or that you are using the event as an invited participant.

1. The AvsarPic service

AvsarPic provides tools for studios to upload, organize, process, brand, share, and deliver event photos. Depending on the enabled workflow, users may view photos, search for photos, mark favorites, make album selections, and download permitted photos.

Features, access modes, storage limits, and availability may vary by the applicable product plan and event settings. We will not describe a feature as available when it has not been enabled or released.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide information accurate enough to operate the account and keep your contact and authentication details secure. Do not share passwords, verification codes, session links, or private event links with people who are not authorized.

3. Studios and event owners

• have the rights, permissions, and lawful authority to upload, store, process, display, and share event content;
• choose appropriate public, private, guest, and authenticated access settings;
• invite only people who should access an event;
• respond to participant questions about event content and permissions;
• keep team membership and access settings accurate; and
• use the service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

4. Clients, guests, and participants

You may view, search, favorite, select, or download event photos only as permitted by the studio and event settings. You must not:

• share a private link or access code without permission;
• download, copy, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially use photos without necessary permission;
• attempt to bypass authentication, matching, watermarking, download controls, or access restrictions;
• use another person’s account or impersonate another person;
• upload a search image or selfie without the person’s permission where required; or
• use event content to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.

5. Uploaded content and permission to operate the service

You or the studio keep ownership of photos, text, branding, and other content you submit, subject to the rights of other people and rights holders.

You grant AvsarPic a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transform, process, index, display, transmit, and back up submitted content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, evaluate, improve, and develop the AvsarPic service for the intended studio and permitted recipients. This includes creating display versions, thumbnails, watermarked versions, search indexes, derived representations, permitted face-search results, and models that support AvsarPic’s photo-processing and face-search features.

This permission does not give AvsarPic ownership of the content and does not authorize public advertising with private event photos. Separate written permission is required for public portfolio or promotional use.

6. Face search and automated processing

When a studio enables face search, a user may submit a search image or selfie through the product’s consent flow. The feature compares that input with permitted event photos to return possible matches. Results can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable, and users must not treat them as identity verification or proof about a person.

Do not use AvsarPic face-search results to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, law enforcement, or access to essential services. Use the feature only for event-photo discovery.

7. Storage, processing, and availability

The service depends on storage, network, messaging, authentication, and other third-party infrastructure. Photos may be processed asynchronously, and uploads or results may be delayed, retried, temporarily unavailable, or affected by maintenance or outages.

You are responsible for keeping an independent copy of content important to you. Storage quotas and technical limits apply to the applicable plan or workflow. We may limit or suspend processing that threatens service stability, exceeds the permitted quota, or violates these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use AvsarPic to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, probe or overload the service, bypass controls, upload abusive or unlawful content, or interfere with another studio’s event, account, or access.

9. Suspension, removal, and deletion

We may restrict access, remove content, pause processing, or suspend an account or event when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to a rights complaint, address security risk, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide an explanation and a path to resolve the issue.

10. Third-party services and changes

AvsarPic may use or link to third-party services for authentication, messaging, hosting, storage, or other service functions. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and behavior are outside AvsarPic’s direct control.

We may change, suspend, or retire parts of AvsarPic as the product develops. We may update these Terms when the service, commercial model, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date and any additional notice required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
